FeRFA 40th ANNIVERSARY EVENT

This year FeRFA will be celebrating its 40th anniversary at its annual event to be held on FRIDAY 19TH NOVEMBER at the Marriott Forest of Arden - close to Birmingham with easy access from the M42 and M6.

The meeting will be held in conjunction with an exhibition of specialist suppliers and service
providers to the resin flooring industry, together with a training forum and seminar programme.
This is a unique occasion to network, to see what’s new in the industry and to hear the latest on a
new range of benefits and services for FeRFA members.

The day’s events will be followed by the 40th Anniversary Dinner Dance, where once again we will
be presenting awards for innovation, service and quality performance within the resin flooring
industry, and celebrating the achievements of the latest FeRFA Apprentices.

FeRFA’s CEO, Helen McGachie, said, “This unique occasion provides the opportunity for
specialists in the resin flooring industry to come together, to network, share best practice and most
importantly this year, to celebrate the 40th anniversary. FeRFA as a trade association has a proud
and unique history. As the only organization dedicated to resin flooring, FeRFA has led the way
promoting the benefits of resin flooring as a high performance solution for both industrial and
commercial applications, maintaining its role as a centre of technical excellence, raising quality
standards through its commitment to training, qualifying the specialist workforce and promoting the
expertise of its members. 40 years of excellence is a major milestone for FeRFA and definitely
worth celebrating.”

EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES AT THE AGM

As in previous years an exhibition will be running concurrently with the AGM on 19 November.
This is an ideal opportunity for specialist suppliers and service providers to get before an audience
drawn from the whole resin flooring industry. The exhibition takes place in the same room as the
daytime events giving maximum exposure throughout the day.

The FeRFA Annual Awards recognize the innovation, excellent service and quality of companies
within the resin flooring industry. We are now inviting nominations for the FeRFA Awards for the
following categories:

CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR (sponsored by Protech Plastics Containers Ltd)

TRAINER OF THE YEAR (sponsored by Cobra Insurance Brokers)

PROJECTS OF THE YEAR (sponsored by Huntsman Polyurethanes (UK) Ltd) awarded jointly to a Manufacturer and Contractor for:
- Small project of the year (up to 250m2)
- Large project of the year (over 250m2)
